Week 2: End of Course Survey

I made my survey using Microsoft Forms. It took me a little while to figure out how to use branching but I think I figured it out!

I used a few different question types such as multiple choice, Likert, smile scale and open form and I tried to incorporate questions that would help me best improve the course for future students, as well as gauge the general experience of the students who have already completed the course.
